Refund Policy
Consumer right of return and refund
This clause applies only to consumers.

At Beth’s, we deliver perishable goods, so we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after your order has been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours by phone at 020 3371 0311 or by email to cancel and receive a full refund.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 24 hours without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 24 hours from the time you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by email at INFO@BETHS.UK or by phone at +44 020 3371 0311. You can also contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7727 159976 or via Instagram. To meet the cancellation deadline, simply send your communication before the cancellation period ends or before the goods leave our premises.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs. We may reduce the refund if the goods show a loss in value due to unnecessary handling by you.

We will issue the refund without delay, and no later than 7 days from when we are informed of your decision to cancel. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods you ordered as soon as possible to the address you provided, but in any case, within 5 days of your order. We reserve the right not to deliver outside the United Kingdom.

Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods in good condition. If the package appears damaged, please refuse the delivery. If you cannot inspect the contents upon delivery, please sign for the package as “UNCHECKED.” Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims.

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged, or the quantity is incorrect, we are not liable unless you notify us in writing at our contact address within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

We will deliver your goods within 5 days (“long delivery date”) from the date of your order. If we do not deliver within this period, the sale will be canceled, and we will refund all money paid, but we are not liable for any further claims unless you notify us in writing within 14 days from the long delivery date.

We are not responsible if there is no one available to receive the goods at the address you provided. In this case, we will not refund your order or the payment made.

Shipping Details 

We offer next-day delivery  with tracking and a scheduled delivery slot.

Kindly note that next-day delivery is available only for orders placed before 11 a.m., Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. In case of a bank holiday on Monday, orders will be dispatched on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday.

Important:

Free delivery applies only to orders over £60 in England and Wales. Orders to Scotland Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to different shipping rates.

PLEASE NOTE:

We're not responsible if the delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the goods at the provided address. No refunds will be issued in this scenario.

If the customer alters the delivery date through DPD's portal after dispatch from the factory, we won't be liable if the product arrives thawed. No refunds will be issued in this scenario.
