We offer next-day delivery with tracking and a scheduled delivery slot.
Delivery Information
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11 a.m., Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Friday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
If Monday is a bank holiday, orders will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Please note:
Extended Bank Holidays (e.g. Easter, Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year):
During periods where bank holidays fall on consecutive days (such as Friday and Monday), orders placed after 12 p.m. on Wednesday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
We strongly recommend placing orders in advance during these periods, as delivery times may be extended.
Free Delivery
FREE DELIVERY OVER £60 – ENGLAND & WALES ONLY
Orders to Scotland Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to different delivery charges and do not qualify for free delivery.
Pick-Up Option
Available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
Delivery Conditions
We aim to deliver all orders within 4 days of purchase to the address provided.
You will be required to sign for the goods upon delivery. If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery. If you are unable to check the contents at the time of delivery, please sign as “UNCHECKED” to preserve your rights.
We are not responsible if delivery is attempted and no one is available at the address provided. No refunds will be issued in this case.
If the goods received are incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, you must notify us in writing within 14 working days of delivery.
In the event of non-delivery, you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the latest delivery date to be eligible for a refund.
Important
We are not responsible if the customer changes the delivery date via the courier’s portal after dispatch. If the goods arrive thawed as a result, no refunds will be issued.
