Available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., excluding bank holidays.
Please bring your confirmation email when collecting your order.
Delivery Information
We offer next-day delivery via DPD, including tracking and a scheduled delivery slot.
Free Delivery
Free delivery on orders over £60 applies to England & Wales only.
Orders to Scotland Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland are subject to different delivery charges and do not qualify for free delivery.
Order Cut-off Times
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 11 a.m., Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 11 a.m. on Friday, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
If Monday is a bank holiday, orders will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Extended Bank Holidays (e.g. Easter, Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year):
During periods where bank holidays fall on consecutive days (such as Friday and Monday), orders placed after 12 p.m. on Wednesday will be dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
We strongly recommend placing orders in advance during these periods, as delivery times may be extended.
Delivery Conditions
We aim to deliver all orders within 4 days of purchase, although delays may occur during peak periods or bank holidays.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery. If you are unable to check the contents at the time of delivery, please sign as “UNCHECKED” to preserve your rights.
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Claims & Issues
If the goods received are incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, you must notify us in writing within 14 working days of delivery.
In the event of non-delivery, you must notify us in writing within 14 days from the latest expected delivery date to be eligible for review and resolution.
Important
Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any changes made to the delivery schedule via the courier’s portal.
If delivery is delayed or rescheduled by the customer and the goods arrive thawed, no refunds or replacements will be issued.
